From the very beginning, we set out to craft a design that is both visually striking and highly functional. The neutral palette and thoughtfully considered spatial efficiency provide a flexible canvas for businesses to flourish, while the high ceilings ensure an open and airy atmosphere with abundant natural light and ample storage options.

Key design elements include:

• Epoxy concrete flooring, feature cladding, and an exposed rafter ceiling, all carefully selected to complement the contemporary aesthetic while enhancing the building's character.

• A manicured courtyard and landscaped raised planter boxes, designed to offer a peaceful, natural retreat for tenants and visitors alike.
